Cooking Class - Farm Fresh Cheese Pâté
For many years now, Chef Judith Henderson has been perfecting her signature soft farm cheese pâtés for Three Rivers Winery and tasting rooms throughout the region pairing seasonally released wines. If you have been out to any of our events you have probably tasted this remarkably delicious cheese creation. In July, Judith has agreed to hold a small, exclusive, hands-on pâté class, teaching the technique and mindset in making her signature three soft farm cheese pâté.
