DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, July 26\, 2016\, the Tri-State Inland Northwest Hospice Veteran Partnership will host its 7th Annual Palliative Care Forum\, "Partners in Care: Working together to meet palliative care needs". The program will feature a range of professionals with expertise in end-of-life care\, caregiver support\, and specialized support for veterans. The forum will be held at the Walla Walla Community College at the Health Sciences & Performing Arts Center in Walla Walla\, Washington. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 pm. Lunch is included in the registration fee. Interested participants may find a complete program agenda and register on-line at https://partnersincare.eventbrite.com. The registration fee is $50 through July 22 and $75 after July 22.
