DESCRIPTION:ArtWalla?s ?Art Squared? is a small works show and sale held the first weekend in October in downtown Walla Walla. Featuring hundreds of 6x6? works of art (each attractively priced at $36)\, Art Squared kicks off at Charles Smith Wines with an opening wine reception and preview from 6-7pm\, followed by first-come\, first-served art sale at 7pm. A silent auction featuring a limited number of 24x24? works by local artists will also help raise funds to support Art Walla. Silent auction artists include Colleen Monette\, Bonnie Griffith\, Sara Ybarra Lopez\, M'Lisse Moerk\, Penny Michel\, Margaret Jamison\, Rachel Smith\, Kathy Wildemuth\, Squire Broel\, and Nicole Pietrantoni. Art sales proceeds from this event will be used to support the non-profit arts organization Art Walla and local arts education. Art Squared is free and open to the public. No tickets required.
