DESCRIPTION:The trails in the Blue Mountains need your help. Volunteer with Blue Mountain Land Trust's Blues Crew for a fun and rewarding way to give back to the places you love to hike. We will partner with the Corps of Engineers on this project. We will enhance 112' of the Whitetail Trail that courses south from the lower dam. We will trim brush and grass to widen the corridor. Major work will be the placement of 4" x 4" x 8' wood border beam with gravel fill to the trail. This activity will include trail bed preparation\, placement of beams\, and spreading to gravel.
