Before entering the water\, Greg Jacob from Adventure-Fit will provide instruction on how to stand-up paddle board and kayak\, followed by a leisurely paddle as a group. The paddle will begin at Lyons Ferry State Park located at the confluence of the Snake and Palouse Rivers. There will be plenty of time to explore the river and enjoy a swim. Transportation and equipment will be provided.
