DESCRIPTION:Modern Western Square Dance Lessons Begin Sunday\, November 4 Modern Western Square Dance is good for the body\; good for the mind\; and good for the soul! Square Dance is a great low-impact exercise! Learning new things helps to keep minds active! Square dance is social--a great way to make new friends! And most of all--it's fun! Please come join us! No experience is needed and dress is casual. Lessons are from 2 - 4 p.m. on Sundays in the Milton Freewater Community Building\, 109 NE Fifth\, Milton Freewater\, OR 97862. If you have a partner\, bring them along. If not\, please\, come to join the fun. Everyone is welcome! Lessons are sequential. The instructors review moves and figures taught the previous week\; then\, additional moves and figures are taught. Modern Western Square Dance is the state dance for both Washington and Oregon! Lessons are presented by the Muddy Frogs Square Dance Club.
