Discover strategies to bridge the gap and create a workforce that is both skilled and resilient.\n\n \nBusiness Finance Panel: Strategic Growth & Sustainability\n\nA finance expert will provide crucial insights into exit strategies and long-term planning. This will be followed by a dynamic discussion with banking and finance professionals on building robust business credit and exploring diverse financing options. This session is designed to empower you with the financial tools necessary for sustained growth      \n\n \nEntrepreneurship Panel: From Concept to Success\n\nHear from a panel of young entrepreneurs as they share their journey from idea inception to business triumph. This interactive dialogue will offer unique perspectives on innovation\, adaptability\, and the metrics that define success in today's competitive landscape.\nLunch will be an "Eat Local" experience\, catered by The Mill\, celebrating the rich flavors of our region.\n\nImmediately following this session\, all attendees are  invited to join us across the street for an included "After Party"\, at The Drayman House\, hosted by the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance from 3:30PM - 5:00PM
