Soroptimist means "Best for Women." We are a non profit organization that does so many things worldwide: from fighting human trafficking and domestic abuse\, to improving the nutrition\, education and self-esteems of women and girls wherever we can. Our local chapter focuses on the education of women in our area\, and we give scholarships to local women who are looking to make positive changes in their lives and the lives of the family and children through higher education.
