DESCRIPTION:Join Ceramics Camp on Nov. 11 9am-3pm for Kids Ages 7-12.\n\nCampers won't want to miss out on this fun and full day of CLAY\, experiencing ceramic clay through both handbuilding and the pottery wheel! The handbuilding project of the day will be a Forest Gnome House\, with unique details and features added individually\, up to you! A second project "thrown" on the wheel can be a cup\, bowl\, trinket dish\, or small vase. Both projects will be decorated with glaze in the afternoon\, after a 45-min lunch break to eat and relax. Show off your pre-fired masterpieces at the end of the day\, and we'll eagerly await the finished products! \n\n\n\nAll clay projects will need to remain in the Studio until fully dried and fired in the kiln\, available for pick-up 2-3 weeks after Art Camp. You will be notified by email when your projects are ready!\n\n\n\nLearning: Ceramic Clay Cycle & Process\, Handbuilding\, Throwing & Centering on the wheel\, Score & Slip method\, Glazing\n\n\n\n"Make For Joy" Art Camp T-Shirt included.
