SUMMARY:Wooden Clocks by Leonard McCreary
DESCRIPTION:Many trees live a long time. But when that time is done\, woodworker Leonard McCreary has a means of keeping them going: he makes clocks out of them. For most of his 88 years\, McCreary has worked around wood as a logger and road builder and creating clocks was a natural outlet for him. His uniquely shaped creations mirror the form and shape of the mature tree. Through January\, Wenaha Gallery is celebrating the advent of the New Year with a display of McCreary's cedar\, walnut\, and maple clocks.
