Celebrating Our Strengths
6th Annual Palliative Care Forum, sponsored by the Tri-State Inland Northwest Hospice Veteran Partnership. The theme this year will be "Celebrating Our Strengths - Compassionate Caring and collaboration in Palliative Care". The keynote presentation will be "8 Habits of Highly Effective Palliative Care Professionals". Other subjects addressed will include "Serving Seriously Ill Veterans Through Community Coalitions", "The Spiritual Dimension of Palliative Care", and "Innovative Grief Work". CEUs are available for RNs and Social Workers.
