Garden Party: Pumpkin Night

It is almost that time of year when pumpkins, and other gourds, take center stage ahead of the holiday season. Join us Friday, October 6th at the Green Park Elementary Garden for our Farm to School “Pumpkin Party” as we explore ways to make use of the entire pumpkin! Come check out our step-by-step demonstrations on saving seeds from your pumpkin, how to harvest & save the flesh of your pumpkins for future meals. In addition to that, we will also have many fun activities using pumpkin seeds such as handmade art, music makers, and even pumpkin seed games!
