The Blue Mountain Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) is pleased to present
"THE BASICS OF HUMAN RESOURCES" HR DO'S AND DON'TS
You don't have to have "HR" in your title - if you have employees, you NEED to attend!!
Join us for an hour and a half packed full of information on legal requirements, current laws, hiring, firing, performance appraisals and much more!
The presenters are our own members, John Paulson, Esq., Director of HR for Washington Odd Fellows Home, and Dawn Adams, SPHR.
The presentation will be on HR Basics and truly a 101 for smaller businesses or individuals new to the HR work to give them a brief overview of pertinent items they need to be aware of in their field.
A continental breakfast will be provided.
