Our Winter Warm Up cooking class will be taught by Chef Sarah Roy, who is best known for her Indian cooking and specializes in curry dishes. She owns a catering company called Sipid Bites and has done many events for Three Rivers Winery in the past. We are very excited to share her knowledge with you in a fun and relaxed environment! Class Menu will include Aloo Tikki, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Daal. During the classes you will sample some Three Rivers wines, participate in hands-on cooking, enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Wine will be available to purchase for those who would like to enjoy a glass while cooking. RSVP required. Space is limited to 10 people per class.
