On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, the Tri-State Inland Northwest Hospice Veteran Partnership will host its 7th Annual Palliative Care Forum, “Partners in Care: Working together to meet palliative care needs”. The program will feature a range of professionals with expertise in end-of-life care, caregiver support, and specialized support for veterans. The forum will be held at the Walla Walla Community College at the Health Sciences & Performing Arts Center in Walla Walla, Washington. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 pm. Lunch is included in the registration fee.
