Engineers Without Borders Annual Gala

This year marks the sixth annual EWB Fundraising Gala, featuring our new project currently underway in Peru. Last year, Walla Walla alumni, students, and community members competed and dashed for desserts, bid on silent auction items, and participated in a live auction. Items included weekend vacation packages, artwork, international artifacts, golf outings, and much more! Your dedicated support helped us raise over $10,000!

Our new water project in Peru will be front and center at the gala. We have already made two trips to Checacupe, Peru to establish the project, and to engage the local community and government officials. An eight-person WWU team limit ensures that the community is highly involved in the construction process and learns sustainable skills for future improvement on their own.
