This year, we are unveiling a completely reimagined format, designed to foster deeper engagement and deliver actionable insights. Our program will feature three immersive sessions, each dedicated to addressing the critical needs and opportunities within our community:

HR Panel: Bridging the Workforce Divide

In this interactive session, human resource leaders will explore the evolving expectations of employers and the aspirations of future employees in a post-pandemic world. Discover strategies to bridge the gap and create a workforce that is both skilled and resilient.

Business Finance Panel: Strategic Growth & Sustainability

A finance expert will provide crucial insights into exit strategies and long-term planning. This will be followed by a dynamic discussion with banking and finance professionals on building robust business credit and exploring diverse financing options. This session is designed to empower you with the financial tools necessary for sustained growth

Entrepreneurship Panel: From Concept to Success
Hear from a panel of young entrepreneurs as they share their journey from idea inception to business triumph. This interactive dialogue will offer unique perspectives on innovation, adaptability, and the metrics that define success in today’s competitive landscape.

Lunch will be an "Eat Local" experience, catered by The Mill, celebrating the rich flavors of our region.

Immediately following this session, all attendees are invited to join us across the street for an included "After Party", at The Drayman House, hosted by the Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance from 3:30PM - 5:00PM
