Driving Directions:

From Walla Walla, head east on Hwy 12 until you get to Waitsburg. Make a left at Preston Park, then a right on Main Street. We are 1 block down on the left.

About Us

American 35 is a family-friendly restaurant in an historic downtown building, featuring Neapolitan-style pizza, seasonal salads, craft cocktails, and house-made desserts.

After graduating from Whitman and returning to Portland, I somehow always knew I'd come back to the Walla Walla Valley for good. In 2016, that's exactly what we did. My husband, Tom, started a catering business called Fiasco Woodfired Pizza while I continued my work as a physical therapist assistant. That was until we had the opportunity to buy our building on Main Street; it was an easy decision to build out a restaurant concept based on Tom's catering model. Now I run the bar program full-time, and Tom is in charge of the kitchen. We both still dabble in our former professions, but our hearts and souls are fully invested in American 35.
