'22-'23 Public Workshops Series: Fermentation Fundamentals
Join the Sustainable Living Center and Jennifer Kleffner for Fermentation Fundamentals. Jennifer is the owner of Miles Away Farm in Walla Walla. She has been farming for years and in 2011 she took her farm from hobby to business. Jennifer has expertise in farming, all things food preservation, and homesteading. In this workshop, Jennifer will introduce us to the benefits of fermentation and the wide variety of fermented foods you can make in your own kitchen. Jennifer is a wealth of knowledge and will provide tips, tricks and resources for all things fermentation and advice for future fermentation projects. We are so grateful to have Jennifer share her expertise with our community through this workshop! Please JOIN US! SLC workshops utilize a 'pay what you can' model for workshop registration. We believe the cost of a workshop should not be an obstacle to discovery and learning! This workshop is open to the public. Registration is required.
