Better Eating for You and the Earth: Public Workshop Series
Join the SLC staff and writer Gwen Elliott for "Better Eating for the Earth and You," a workshop focused on practical, budget-friendly techniques for healthy eating. We will delve into the hows and whys of successfully incorporating more plant-based proteins into your daily meals, covering tips for flavor, variety, and cost savings. Discover how to eat with the seasons and avoid overly processed foods with harmful additives. Sample a tasty and sustainable example dish and leave this session with a new recipe along with strategies to make sustainable eating an easy and delicious part of your life!
