Dips & Sips - Chocolate Truffle Making 101
This is a basic introductory class on learning how chocolate is made into a ganache and then into truffles. No prior experience required. We will be making traditional French-style hand-rolled truffles and experimenting with several chocolate flavor combinations. Your ticket includes a glass of our regional artisan or international wines. Must be 21 and over. All chocolate supplies needed to create your chocolate truffles are included. We will be using single-origin chocolates made from the bean by Alexander's.
Great group experience. Limited to 10 participants. The class fee is $65.
You'll take home a good amount of truffles you've made to share with your family and friends. Depending on how large or small you make your truffles it could fill one or two traditional one-pound boxes. This is one of our most popular classes because it isn't so technical and you get to get your hands in the chocolate!
Doors open at 5:30p. The class starts at 6p. We will finish by 8p but not later than 8:30p.
We will be using all dark chocolate for this class that is soy, dairy, and gluten-free.
*Tickets are not refundable but we will transfer you into another class or event at a later date.
