Farmer's Market Cooking Class with Chef Gary Asmus
Chef Gary Asmus has a wide array of culinary experience. He graduated from the California Culinary Academy and has worked many places as a chef including: Wolfgang Puck Catering, large hotels and businesses, and was the Executive Chef for Remlinger Farms. He is currently a chef and owner at Personal Chef Service right here in the Walla Walla Valley. Gary will grill marinated tofu and chicken, create a beautiful salad from local ingredients , and surprise us with a cool and delicious dessert.
