Fifth Annuelle Faire la Fête Champagne Class & Festivités

Alexander's presents the Fifth Annuelle 'Faire la Fête', Champagne Class & Festivités for a stunning New Years Evening Soirée; Sunday Evening, December 31, 2023, 6:30 pm to 9 pm (Doors open at 6 pm). Everything you ever wanted to know about Champagne but were afraid to ask... like, What are nucleation sites? Why can't I see bubbles in the champagne bottle? How much weight does it take to hold down a single bubble of champagne? And of course, led by Pendleton's Professional Sommelier, Steve Machajewski. 

All Guests are requested to appear with Carnaval de Limoux-style masks at minimum (think Mardi Gras or Venetian), and full costume is encouraged but not necessary. Best costume wins a bottle of champagne to celebrate at home. And Chocolate nummies for everyone!

Réservation is $150 per person.
