HFA 23rd Annual Living with Grief Program
This year?s Living With Grief® Program focuses on Managing Conflict/Finding Meaning?Supporting Families at Life?s End. This program emphasizes strategies to support families as they are dealing with a family member who is dying and grief after a death. This includes identifying and managing sources of conflict that emerge during the dying process as well as helping families find meaning at life?s end. This educational program combines presentations by experts with video, discussion, and additional complimentary learning materials. Continuing education hours (CEs) will be available through the Hospice Foundation of America for nurses, social workers, counselors, funeral directors, clergy, nursing home administrators, and more. Please verify CE availability with your professional or state board approval. There is a $21 online processing fee per certificate.
