Know What Your Customers Are Worth
In this workshop we’ll dig deeper on what the real value of your ideal prospect actually is and what to do with the information once you know it.
If you’re like most business owners, then you probably have at least a vague idea of how much you make per transaction, but I have found that rarely do owners look deeper to see what each customer is worth, how long your customers stick around, how much your customers spend long-term and you probably don’t calculate what that means to your business.
The reason you need to know these numbers is because it helps you decide how to set your marketing budget, where to spend your budget, what to track to determine success, what offers you can afford to make and what your risk is. It helps you know how much of a guarantee you can afford to make. Understanding these important ideas helps you figure out your over-all strategy. As you can see, it’s pretty important stuff even if it doesn’t sound all that exciting.
