Love Bites Cooking Class - Chocolate Desserts

The Love Bites class will focus on all chocolate desserts. Make this a fun date and cook as a couple, or learn a new dessert to make at home and impress your sweetheart this Valentine's Day. Singles welcome too! Menu - Chocolate Red Wine Infused Truffles, Chocolate Filigree Hearts and Pots de Crème. During the classes you will sample Three Rivers wines, participate in hands-on cooking, enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Wine will be available to purchase for those who would like to enjoy a glass while cooking. Chef Sarah Roy is best known for her Indian cooking and specializes in curry dishes. She owns a catering company called Sipid Bites and has done many events for Three Rivers Winery in the past. We are very excited to share her knowledge with you in a fun and relaxed environment!
