Low & Slow at L’Ecole – 1st Annual National BBQ Day Bash Get ready for a Texas-sized feast, y’all! We’re firing up the pit for a barbecue bash like no other, in honor of National Barbeque Day and Marty Clubb’s Texas roots. Our local pitmasters from The Q will be cookin’ up a whole roasted pig and Santa Maria-style tri-tip live on-site, along with all the traditional BBQ fixins. We’re bustin’ out our most BBQ-friendly wines for the night, including some special treats from our cellar. You’ll want to cowboy up and put some giddy-up in yer get-up for the occasion! Prizes for Best belt buckle & Most yee-haw worthy duds.
