Lyons Ferry State Park First Day Hike Through History

Join Rangers Patti, Isidro, and Mary to walk through history at Lyons Ferry State Park on New Year's Day! • Uncover the Ice Age mystery of the Palouse River’s wandering waterfall. • Hear stories of the historic ferry • Discover how the soaring Joso Railroad Trestle Bridge was built. • Learn about wildlife of the shrub steppe. • Toast s’mores and enjoy a hot beverage with friends and family! This easy hike is suitable for all ages, and leashed dogs are welcome.
