Showcased will be a mini garbage truck; dump truck and paver; grader; excavator; loader; sweeper; backhoe; fire engine; wildland fire truck; and an ambulance.The vehicle portion of the Road Show will run from noon-6 p.m.
Noon-1 p.m: Eddie Manzanares and friends (Tri-Cities based trio, performing a variety of Latin American styles, mostly in Spanish)
1:30-3 p.m.: Mulholland (Walla Walla-based trio, performing pop and soul)
3:30-5 p.m.: Whitney Mongéé (Seattle-based trio, performing what Whitney — a Spokane native who got her start as a busker on the streets of Seattle — calls "alternative soul")
5:30-7 p.m.: Diego and the Detonators (Walla Walla Valley-based trio, led by guitarist/vocalist Diego Romero, performing blues/funk/rock)
7:30-9 p.m.: Jojo's Mojo (Walla Walla-based four-piece led by JoAnne Mohrland, who has a new album out, recorded in Nashville, performing country/rock/blues)
PARKING & SAFETY
Isaacs will be closed to traffic between Division and Roosevelt Streets. Recommended parking locations are on Blue Street (starting one block north or south of Isaacs); Portland Avenue (White to Roosevelt and continuing east); Roosevelt Street (starting one block north or south of Isaacs); and the parking lot off Roosevelt behind Animal Clinic East.
We are recommending that attendees please use caution while in the Isaacs Avenue construction zone, as the roadway, sidewalks, and driveways are currently an uneven gravel surface. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
