PREP QUEST: A Free Emergency Preparedness Adventure

Celebrate National Preparedness Month with PREP QUEST—a free, family-friendly emergency preparedness adventure that is part scavenger hunt and part escape room. Pick up a Preparedness Passport and explore hands-on Challenge Stations presented by emergency responders, preparedness specialists and community organizations. Learn practical skills, solve puzzles, crack codes, unlock boxes and collect hidden stamps. Complete the quest and turn in your passport to enter the prize drawings at 5 PM, so arrive early enough to visit every station. Free five-minute mini-games will also be offered inside the globally recognized Shaky Grounds Cafe mobile escape room throughout the event. Saturday, September 26, from noon to 5 PM at Burwood Brewing, 1120 E St., Walla Walla. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
