Public Workshop Series: Jams, Jellies, Preserves, and Chutneys
Would you like to learn how to eat local summer fruits year-round? In this workshop, we will discuss the traditions of fruit canning. We will explore the merits of jams, jellies, preserves, and chutneys and consider uses for canned fruits. Homemade jams make wonderful gifts!
