Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon Vertical Tasting
Taste the finest Barons Winery has to offer with this exclusive experience. Guests will enjoy a seated flight of four library vintages of Baron’s Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (’09-’12). All four of these Cabernets are 100% Hedges Estate Vineyard and come from the same block each vintage. With this tasting you will see how unique weather patterns affect the grapes and it allows you to see how dramatically or subtly wine changes from year to year.
