SPIFFY Youth Film Festival

Join us on Saturday, May 9, for the SPIFFY (Student Produced Independent Films for Youth) - an intimate festival of films by the youth of Eastern Washington. Audiences will vote for their favorites in each category and jury prizes will also be awarded. 

RULES&TERMS

Submission Deadlines + Entry Fees

• Early Deadline: November 1, 2014 | $15 
• Mid Deadline: December 1, 2014 | $25 
• Regular Deadline : January 30, 2015 | $35 
• Late Deadline: March 1, 2015 | $45

Eligibility

• The film’s director(s) must have been 22 years old or younger at time of filming. 
• All music and other copyrighted material used in films must be properly licensed. 
• All films must be in English or subtitled in English.

Categories (films may be submitted into only one category):

• Short – any narrative short film under 30 minutes
• Documentary – documentary, any length
• Music Video – music video, any length
• Animation – any form of animation, any length
• Experimental – any length film that does not fit typical filmmaking
