Tango del Cielo

Gesa Power House Theatre presents the unique multimedia extravaganza of Tango del Cielo on Saturday, May 20 at 7 p.m. This show is sponsored by AAUW – Walla Walla and Pacific Power Foundation.

A tribute to the era of silent films, Anna Maria Mendieta’s Tango del Cielo artfully fuses Latin music traditions including flamenco, tango, and jazz, with creative lighting, film art, sound and other effects.

This stunning event brings together award-winning dancers and musicians from all over the world who, together, take audiences on a journey of a lifetime, from smokey cafés of Argentina to the lively jungles of Brazil. Experience music and movement like never before!
