Tasting Music Series

The 2013 Walla Walla Chamber Music Festival, June 6 to 29, features a whirlwind of 32 events over 24 days. Walla Walla's sixth annual summer festival will bring together 22 artists to perform a huge variety of music from Beethoven to Guns n' Roses. The Festival emphasizes smaller venues and close encounters among audience, performers, and great works of chamber music past and present. The Festival also features four concerts in the Tasting Music series. The audience will hear chamber music masterworks in intimate settings and taste wine from four of Walla Walla's most acclaimed wineries. The first event in the series will be on Monday, June 10, when the Festival brings Beethoven to visit Canoe Ridge Vineyard. The second event in the series will be on Friday, June 14, at Walla Walla Vintners. Composer Anton Arensky will be featured on Friday, June 21, at Rasa Vineyards. The Festival visits TERO Estates in Milton-Freewater, Oregon, for the final Tasting Music event on Friday, June 28.
