A FREE 6 Week Progressive Boot Camp Starting Feb 25th-Apr 5th Here is the plan: 6 week challenge includes: Classes of physical training Fitness evaluation & Coaching Complete body transformation The Details: ? Camp meets 3 days a week at? ? To Your Health Nutrition, 132 W Rose 876-4595 ? Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 & 6pm and Saturday 9am ? For the program to remain free you must attend at least 2 classes weekly?there are no penalties but commit to at least 2 for your own good! ? During the first week each participant must complete free a wellness evaluation. Schedule today with your coach so that you can goal set and get your healthy lifestyle started. ? Pre and post workout drinks will be available 30 minutes before and after each class to maximize workout effectiveness and help you get LEVEL 10 RESULTS! ? All that you need to bring to camp is yourself, gloves, an exercise mat and a great attitude!!!!!
