Walla Walla High School Ribbon Cutting, BBQ, Tour & Dick Neher Plaza Commemoration

You are cordially invited to attend our Ribbon Cutting Celebrations and School Tours as part our historic bond program following the successful 2018 bond election. November 6, 2018, community members overwhelmingly supported the largest bond measure in district history with a 73% percent YES vote! This opened the door for approximately $120M in critical facility improvements, with Olympia picking up nearly half the tab in unprecedented state matching dollars. The combined local and state grant resources were sufficient to renovate Walla Walla High School, Pioneer Middle School, Lincoln High School and provide essential voter-approved facility and safety updates to other campuses across the district. We are pleased to announce that all projects came in on schedule and on budget, where approximately 50 local contractors and vendors played critical roles in helping us deliver on our bond promises. Now we are ready to show off these amazing projects made possible, thanks in large part to your generous support over the years.
