Wine and Cheese Pairing!

Sinclair Estate Vineyards will be teaming up with Certified Cheese Professional Bill Krieger of Cheese Louise for an informative, entertaining and delicious class of wine and cheese pairing.  We will be pairing two white wines and two red wines with some of Bill's wonderful cheeses! By the end of this class you will be ready for your own wine and cheese party. You will have a clear understanding of why certain cheeses go better with certain wines.
