The Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Program Coordinator to help deliver engaging, community-facing programs that connect businesses, foster opportunity, and strengthen our regional economy. This newly created role is a contract, part-time role ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and energized by dynamic environments.

Working closely with Chamber leadership, you will help bring programs to life—from coordination through execution—supporting initiatives that advance our mission:Championing Business. Building Community. Driving the Valley’s Economy.
From networking events and sector roundtables to mentorship programs and community gatherings, this role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and impactful experience for all participants.What You’ll Do
- Coordinate logistics for Chamber programs and events
- Support and execute initiatives such as Women in Business, Young Professionals, and
- Serve as a welcoming, on-site presence at events
- Help foster connections between attendees, programs, and opportunities
- Assist with communications, materials, and event preparation
- Support sponsor and partner visibility during events
- Provide feedback and insights to help strengthen future programming
