PWS: Food Preservation Series - Fermentation
This hands-on workshop mini-series with Farmer Jennifer Kleffner, teaches food preservation methods every Tuesday in the month of February! Fermentation will be presented in the first workshop. SLC's Public Workshop Series (PWS) workshops are open to the public and are offered on a 'Pay What You Can' basis. Registration is required.
