Tofu Couture Cooking Class
During this demonstration style class Chef Judith will teach you the tools and techniques of transforming tofu into delicious and flavorful creations. Enjoy samples of each recipe, learn how to make them on your own, and take home copies of each recipe featured. Tastings of Three Rivers wines that pair with this menu will be included in the class, and glasses or bottles of wine will be available for purchase. Chef Judith is an American Chef, restaurateur and cookbook author who has spent her professional life dedicated to the culinary crafts. Chef Judith remains an early proponent using regional seasonal whole foods, organics, clean meats, mountain and wild sea foods in her signature recipes.
